What we need to assess
Tell us the pallet footprint and construction if known, approximate quantity, condition and collection postcode. Clear photographs of stacked pallets and close-ups of damage or markings help. Mention broken boards, contamination, unusual sizes and mixed types rather than presenting everything as one grade.
Access matters. Explain vehicle approach, collection point, loading equipment, site booking rules and whether pallets are safely stacked and ready. Collection feasibility and any charge or value can change with these details.
Collection and reuse options
Pallets that match a current requirement may be suitable for reuse. Once we review the type, condition, quantity, postcode and access, we can explain whether collection is available and whether a charge or value applies.
Keep unrelated packaging, wrap, boxes, collars, damaged goods and other waste separate. If there is contamination or a handling concern, identify it clearly so the enquiry can be assessed safely.
Prepare a useful enquiry
Group similar pallets where practical, estimate quantities honestly and include a contact number. For recurring surpluses, describe usual volumes and frequency, while recognising that future acceptance remains subject to condition and agreement.
